This policy covers all mobile games published on Google Play by Locomotive Team.
No personal data. Our games send us no personal data of yours, and we hold no record of you on any server of ours. Specifically:
Game settings. On launch, the games download their settings (for example which ad provider to use) from our server. The request contains only the game's name — not your identity, advertising ID or game data. As with any internet connection your IP address reaches our server; we do not associate it with any user and it is kept only in short-lived technical logs.
This does not mean no data is processed in the app. Appodeal and its advertising partners, which serve the ads, collect and process data from your device on their own behalf. Section 3 lists exactly what, and our Google Play Data safety declaration reflects the same: advertising ID, approximate location (from IP), in-app interactions and diagnostics.
Games store your high score, unlocked progress and settings only in the app's own storage on your device. This data is never sent to us or to anyone else.
Uninstalling the app deletes it. You can also clear it at any time from your device's app settings.
The games are free and funded by advertising, served through Appodeal (Appodeal, Inc.), an ad mediation platform: each ad is delivered by one of its partner networks — for example Unity Ads, AppLovin, Mintegral, Meta Audience Network, Liftoff/Vungle, InMobi, ironSource, Yandex, BIGO Ads, PubMatic and BidMachine. In some games or periods ads may also be served by Google AdMob. To deliver, measure and protect those ads, these companies may process data from your device:

This data is collected and controlled by the ad providers. We see only aggregated, non-identifying performance reports — how many ads were shown and what was earned. We cannot see what any individual user did.

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, a consent form is shown before the first ad request (Appodeal's consent management when Appodeal serves the ads, Google's when AdMob does). You may accept or refuse personalised ads. Refusing does not affect the game — only whether ads are personalised.
Device-wide, you can reset or delete your Advertising ID under Settings → Google → Ads.
Our games are intended for a general audience and we do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. Where a game is classified on Google Play as directed to children, personalised ads are disabled for that game and Google Play's Families Policy requirements apply.
If you believe we hold data belonging to a child under 13, write to us at the address below and we will review and delete it.
We do not sell personal data and do not share it with third parties for marketing. Beyond the advertising infrastructure described above, your data is not transferred to anyone. We disclose data only where legally compelled to do so.
Under the GDPR and Turkey's KVKK (Law No. 6698) you have the right to access, correct or delete your data, and to object to its processing.
Because we collect no personal data from you, we hold no record to delete. For data held within the advertising infrastructure, requests must be directed to the relevant ad provider (Appodeal or Google) — the links above explain how. Write to us regardless and we will help you get there.
This policy will be updated as features are added to our games (an online leaderboard, for example). The "last updated" date above changes when it does. For any significant change we will also notify you inside the game.
